Service
Digital Manufacturing & Data Strategy
Real-time manufacturing dashboards; integrating digital tools with legacy equipment; and pragmatic Industry 4.0 planning.

What you get
Deliverables at each stage
- A defined deliverable at each stage
- Work sized to your equipment and crews
- People and adoption engineered into the plan
- Results measured against your baseline
In more detail
Most plants have more data than they use. Signals exist across controls, quality systems, and maintenance records, but they are not connected to a decision anyone makes during a shift. This service starts from the decision and works backward to the measurement that supports it.
The result is usually smaller than an Industry 4.0 roadmap and more useful: a defined set of metrics, a way to collect them from the equipment that exists, and displays the people on the floor actually read. Legacy machines are part of the scope, not an exception to it.
- Data being collected with no one acting on it
- Dashboards that were built and then stopped being opened
- Older equipment with no usable signal coming off it
- An Industry 4.0 or digital mandate with no plan underneath it
- Reporting that takes a person a day a week to assemble by hand
How it runs
A clear path, four steps
- 01
Discovery call
A short conversation about what’s going on and whether we’re a fit.
- 02
On-site study
Time on the floor to see the problem in its actual conditions.
- 03
Plan & build
A prioritized plan, then engineered changes sized to your line.
- 04
Validate & hand off
Proven on every shift, with ownership transferred to your team.
Usually not. A significant amount can be captured from existing controls and sensors before anything is replaced.
Both, depending on your systems. We build what is practical and specify what your IT group should own.
By starting with the decisions being made on the floor, then measuring what those decisions require.
