Service
Execution & Scale-Up Management
Manufacturing scale-up support; tech transfer and pilot-to-production execution; commissioning and validation.

What you get
Deliverables at each stage
- A defined deliverable at each stage
- Work sized to your equipment and crews
- People and adoption engineered into the plan
- Results measured against your baseline
In more detail
A process that works at pilot scale is not the same process at production volume, and the difference is where most launches lose time. This service manages that transition: scale-up, technology transfer between sites, commissioning, and the validation that has to accompany it.
The work is coordination as much as engineering. Equipment, utilities, materials, procedures, and trained operators have to arrive in the right order, and the schedule has to reflect what a startup actually requires rather than what the plan assumed.
- A process that performs at pilot scale but not at production rate
- A product or line being transferred between plants or regions
- Commissioning dates slipping with no clear critical path
- Validation treated as paperwork at the end rather than part of the plan
- A launch where nobody owns the handoff from project to operations
How it runs
A clear path, four steps
- 01
Discovery call
A short conversation about what’s going on and whether we’re a fit.
- 02
On-site study
Time on the floor to see the problem in its actual conditions.
- 03
Plan & build
A prioritized plan, then engineered changes sized to your line.
- 04
Validate & hand off
Proven on every shift, with ownership transferred to your team.
Yes. Commissioning and startup support are on the floor, through the ramp, not remote oversight.
Yes, including the process documentation, equipment differences, and operator training on the receiving end.
They are built into the plan from the start, with the protocols and evidence generated as the work happens.
