Service
Process & Systems Engineering
Process design, integration, and optimization; statistical and performance analysis; and automation and controls.

What you get
Deliverables at each stage
- A defined deliverable at each stage
- Work sized to your equipment and crews
- People and adoption engineered into the plan
- Results measured against your baseline
In more detail
This is the technical core of the practice: designing, integrating, and optimizing the process itself, then instrumenting it so performance is visible. Work ranges from a single station that gates the line to a full process redesign, and includes the controls and automation that make the change repeatable.
Much of it starts as a variation problem. Output moves and nobody can say why, because the documented process and the running process have drifted apart. We measure what is actually happening, find the mechanism, and engineer the fix into the equipment and the procedure together.
- Variation in output or quality that nobody has been able to trace
- Manual steps that set the pace of an otherwise capable line
- Controls that trip or alarm without a clear explanation
- Equipment that was integrated but never really made to work together
- A process that runs well for one operator and poorly for another
How it runs
A clear path, four steps
- 01
Discovery call
A short conversation about what’s going on and whether we’re a fit.
- 02
On-site study
Time on the floor to see the problem in its actual conditions.
- 03
Plan & build
A prioritized plan, then engineered changes sized to your line.
- 04
Validate & hand off
Proven on every shift, with ownership transferred to your team.
Both. Machine and process design is part of the practice, and so is getting more out of assets you already own.
Yes. Most plants are a mix of generations, and the practical answer usually involves the equipment already on the floor.
Yes, and we coordinate with your integrators or OEMs where that is the better path.
