The Site Assessment

Where nearly every engagement begins. After a short discovery call, we run an in-depth on-site review, typically 2 to 5 days depending on complexity, and report back on where the value is, yours to act on with or without us.

What you get

Deliverables at each stage

  • A prioritized opportunity list ranked by impact and effort
  • A measurable baseline to track real change against
  • Root causes named, with the evidence behind them
  • A plan you can defend upward and staff downward, yours to act on with or without us

In more detail

A site assessment exists to replace opinion with evidence. Plants rarely lack ideas about what is wrong; they lack an agreed, measured answer that survives scrutiny from the floor and from finance at the same time. We spend 2 to 5 days on site building that answer from observation, machine data, and conversations with the people running the process.

What comes back is a ranked list of opportunities with the reasoning attached: what each is worth, what it takes, and what has to be true for it to work. It is written to be acted on by your team, whether or not we are involved in the work that follows.

Where this comes up
  • OEE or throughput is below target and there is no agreement on the cause
  • Several plausible theories about the bottleneck, and no data that settles it
  • A capital request needs justification before it goes up the chain
  • A newly acquired or newly inherited line nobody has fully characterized
  • Past improvement projects that showed gains, then reverted

How it runs

A clear path, four steps

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A short conversation about what’s going on and whether we’re a fit.

  2. 02

    On-site study

An in-depth review on the floor, typically 2 to 5 days depending on complexity.

  3. 03

    Plan & build

A prioritized plan, then engineered changes sized to your line.

  4. 04

    Validate & hand off

Proven on every shift, with ownership transferred to your team.
